The EcoDomo Recycled Leather Tiles have a look, feel, and fragrance so similar to normal leather tiles that some customers have confused them for leather! Just as “recycled paper” is considered paper, “Recycled Leather” is…leather. Our tiles are competitively priced at more than half of the price of real leather tiles. In addition, our tiles have the following key characteristics:
Available in large sizes and formats – including rolls of 54” wide and up to 100 feet long! We welcome challenges and to work on special projects and designs!
Our tiles also have approximately 1/10th the humidity absorption levels of real leather tiles which add a significant stability to the product once it is installed and render acclimatizing times 50% shorter than leather tiles.
Our tiles are easy to maintain – you can use regular liquid wax on the product in our applications instead of having to apply a hard and pasty wax.
Recycled Leather tiles have a much higher resistance to abrasion than real leather as proven in Taber independent tests (see Architectural Specifications)
